Cashmere wool – luxurious and precious
The highest mountains in the world are their home, where cold air, huge mountain peaks and flowing soft water merge into a spectacle of nature. The cashmere goats live right here, in the Himalaya Mountains, between Nepal and India. For centuries, cashmere wool has been extracted from the fine underhair of goats. The wool is characterized by very soft and fine natural fibers, which have a first-class heat retention capacity. This has made the wool the most valuable and luxurious natural wool in the world ever since.

Fairly produced cashmere scarves
Extracting cashmere wool is an old tradition in North India. While the trade grew over the years and cashmere scarves in particular were in demand in every corner of the world, the manufacturing process has spread and also became a market in other countries. Because we support old traditions and fair productions, our cashmere scarves come directly from North India, from a small family business that has been cultivating the age-old tradition for generations. Fairly produced cashmere scarves are getting rarer from year to year, which is why we are particularly proud and grateful for this partnership.

Wash cashmere scarf
Just like the cashmere goat itself, the cashmere scarf also likes to be ventilated in the fresh air. However, if washing is necessary, we recommend that you clean the cashmere scarf with a gentle hand wash. Wash briefly by hand at approx. 30 degrees with a few drops of wool detergent in lukewarm water, taking care not to rub to avoid matting.
